Professional stagers and photographers are hired for every one of my listings. I design both a tri-fold brochure and a property business card. A DVD for the property is dispensed to every potential buyer containing information they would need to write an offer. I also provide the buyers with my lender's mortgage information to facilitate the transaction.
I have generated my own feedback tracking system for those who visit the property. This way, changes can be made to accommodate the listing and I can constantly update and perfect details.
