Each of my buyers receive a personalized three-ring binder with a transaction guide explaining the buying process, a calendar of dates, full-page property photos, checklists, printed emails, disclosures, tips and tricks and contact pages. During showings, I supply clients with a clipboard containing property information and a pen to take notes!

My Showings Survival Kit completes my preparation! It contains a compass, pocket-sized level, two flashlights and hand wipes to thoroughly complement home tours.

And when a client finds the perfect house, I ask a lot of questions and am an excellent negotiator.
